This initially confused me because I&#8217;ve been used to logging on to things for decades:<\/p>\n<figure class=\"kg-card kg-image-card kg-width-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.troyhunt.com\/content\/images\/2025\/04\/image-7.png?resize=459%2C142&#038;ssl=1\" class=\"kg-image\" alt=\"You'll Soon Be Able to Sign in to Have I Been Pwned (but Not Login, Log in or Log On)\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"459\" height=\"142\"><\/figure>\n<p>So, I went and signed in (yep, different again) to X and asked the masses what the correct term was:<\/p>\n<p><!--kg-card-begin: html--><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">When accessing your <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/haveibeenpwned?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw&amp;ref=troyhunt.com\">@haveibeenpwned<\/a> dashboard, which of the following should you do? If I really start to overthink it, I do feel that &#8220;log[whatever]&#8221; implies something different to why we authenticate to systems today and is more a remnant of a bygone era.
